Our Story
Our journey began in 2010 when we embarked on our residential real estate journey. Full of excitement and optimism, we decided to build a brand-new construction home as an active duty member of the United States Coast Guard. As the years passed, our residential portfolio expanded, and we gained valuable experience in property management, tenant relationships, and the nuances of real estate investing.
But, deep down, we yearned for a new challenge and a greater potential for financial growth.

In 2017, we as a family retired from the military and after careful consideration and analysis, we made the bold decision to liquidate our residential portfolio in 2019 to venture into the realm of commercial multifamily real estate. It was a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our investment journey.

With a deep belief in the potential of commercial multifamily properties, we delved into extensive market research and due diligence. We sought out opportunities that aligned with our investment goals and exhibited strong growth potential. The transition was not without its challenges, but our determination and passion for real estate fueled our drive to succeed.
